We sell pork, beef and lamb from our rare breeds.

We have recently started breeding Kune Kune pigs. These are adorable and extremely sociable pigs, ideal for pets but equally very tasty! We also breed gloucestor old spot pigs, tamworth and saddleback cross pigs, all of which are very tasty.  The tamworth has a flavour similar to that of a wild boar, slightly stronger than your normal homebred pork.

We also breed cows for their meat, which we sell to the public and to restaurants. We have jersey cows, normandy, charolaise and freesians, plus we have calves reared outside on a diet of milk, grass and barley.

We have over 50 sheep specialising in Dorset Poll’s, Hampshire and Suffolk crosses and Welsh Mountain Sheep. this year we have introduced pure suffolks as well, as we were very impressed by their meat return.
